Where can we deliver?
An order can be delivered to a delivery address in Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Finland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia.

How will my order be dispatched? How much does it cost?
All orders are shipped via DPD or DHL ground shipping. Free shipping applies to all orders in Germany from 9.99 euros. The following are also currently exempt from shipping costs: Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Finland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia.
*For reasons of international logistics, deliveries to other countries and regions not listed are temporarily unavailable.

How long does delivery take?
In most cases, we will process your order within 1-2 working days. The dispatch times depend on the address.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to the DHL or DPD tracking system.

What do you do? If the shipment is shown as delivered in the shipment tracking but you have not yet received it.
Check the delivery address of your orders.
Please check whether a family or household member has accepted the consignment.
Look around near the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
It is very important that you inform us immediately of any tracking discrepancies or orders not received. We can only help you within 30 days of your delivery date.
