Refund policy

If you require a return or refund, please contact our customer service by email (support.de@tineco.com) or contact our customer service directly via live chat. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service to request a cancellation. The refund will then be issued to the original payment method. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you must refuse delivery of the package. The refund will then be issued to the original payment method once the package has been received at the warehouse. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days. Please contact customer service for the exact processing time.

Tineco offers a 30-day return guarantee for most items. On this page you will find the applicable conditions.

Certain processing fees may apply to international payments.

Please note that you must return every item in the condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be new, unused and complete (including all accessories) even when they are returned. Used items must not have any additional signs of wear or damage.

Deletion of personal data

When you return a product, for whatever reason, the product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it from Tineco. Accordingly, you must completely delete, remove and otherwise eliminate all personal data that may be in or on the product and which allow conclusions to be drawn about you and / or third parties, and you must separate accounts that may be associated with the product. You are fully responsible for any data breach that may result from not following these steps. You must remove from the returned product and from the packaging in which the product is returned that did not belong to the returned product when you originally received it from Tineco. Tineco is not responsible for items that are incorrectly left in the product you returned or the packaging in which the product was returned. You agree that the returned product becomes the property of Tineco and that Tineco may sell it to third parties at its own discretion.

How do I send an item back to the seller?

To return an item purchased from a seller, go to My Orders and select Return Item. Follow the instructions and make sure you provide all the necessary information to the seller. As soon as the seller replies, you will be informed by email.

If your request is approved, our customer service team will send you an email with the return address and return instructions.

Shipping and handling fees for returning unwanted, damaged or defective or items that differ from the description to a local return address are to be borne by the seller. If a local return address cannot be provided, the seller can provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the delivery costs using the payment method originally used.

To ensure the safe return of the goods, pack your items carefully and choose a traceable shipping method in which the recipient must confirm receipt of the goods by signature. If the order contains very valuable items, we recommend insured shipping and hiring a delivery service, where the recipient must confirm receipt of the goods by signature.

Return after more than 30 days

If you request the return of the products purchased from de-store.tineco.com after 30 days have passed since the delivery date, Tineco reserves the right to accept or reject your return request at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable legal regulations. We may accept the return of the product and refund part of the purchase price after deducting a reasonable usage fee.
