Which track should I join?

A: If you have purchased a Tineco product, join the [Tineco Owner] track. If you haven't purchased a Tineco product, join the [Pet Lover] track. Each account may join one track only.

How Are Winners Selected?

For the Existing Customer Track, Tineco will select 1 winners based on storytelling, photo quality, relevance to the theme, and creativity. For the New Customer Track, approved entries will enter a public voting period, and the top 1 entries with the most valid votes will win.

What do I need to submit?

A: Tineco Owners need to submit 1 photo featuring their pet and a Tineco product, proof of purchase, and a 50+ word cleaning experience. Pet Lovers need to submit 1 photo of their pet and a 50+ word pet story. Each account may submit one entry only. Entries must be original. AI-generated images or content are not eligible.

 Do I receive a benefit if I don't win?

Yes. Once your eligible entry is successfully submitted and approved, you can receive a special event discount. Details on how to claim and the validity period will be provided on the event page. Winners will also receive their exclusive rewards according to the event rules.

When will the winners be announced?

Entries will be accepted from August 21–27, 2026. New Customer voting and Existing Customer judging will take place from August 29–September 1. Winners will be announced between September 2–4, and rewards will be delivered by September 20. Winners will be notified via their registered email address.
