To initiate a return for an item purchased from a seller, go to My Orders and select Return Item. Follow the instructions and make sure to provide the seller with all necessary information. Once the seller responds, you will be notified via email.
If your request is approved, you will receive an email from our customer service team with the return address and return instructions.
Shipping and handling fees for returning unwanted, damaged, defective, or not-as-described items to a local return address must be covered by the seller. If a local return address cannot be provided, the seller may offer a prepaid return label or reimburse the shipping costs via the original payment method.
To ensure the safe return of goods, please pack your items carefully and choose a trackable shipping method that requires the recipient to confirm receipt with a signature. If the order contains high-value items, we recommend using insured shipping and selecting a delivery service that requires a signature upon receipt.
