How will my order be shipped? How much does it cost?

All orders are shipped via DPD or DHL basic shipping. Free shipping applies to all orders in Germany over 9.99 euros. The following are also currently exempt from shipping costs: Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Finland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia.

What is covered by the 2-year warranty?

• Your TINECO machine is guaranteed for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship when used for private household purposes in accordance with the TINECO user manual.

• This guarantee provides you, at no additional cost, with all labour and parts necessary to ensure that your machine is in perfect working order during the guarantee period.

• This guarantee is only valid if the machine is used in the country in which it was sold.

• For quality-related guarantee claims, parts will be replaced with available refurbished parts of equal value. These parts will be thoroughly checked and reconditioned. Otherwise, new parts will be sent.

How long does delivery take?

In most cases, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on the address.
