All orders are shipped via DPD or DHL basic shipping. Free shipping applies to all orders in Germany over 9.99 euros. • Your TINECO machine is guaranteed for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship when used for private household purposes in accordance with the TINECO user manual.

• This guarantee provides you, at no additional cost, with all labour and parts necessary to ensure that your machine is in perfect working order during the guarantee period.

• This guarantee is only valid if the machine is used in the country in which it was sold.

• For quality-related guarantee claims, parts will be replaced with available refurbished parts of equal value. These parts will be thoroughly checked and reconditioned. Otherwise, new parts will be sent.
