Die größte Frechheit !!!!

Ich habe den Service angeschrieben mit der Bitte mir die Bestell Nr. für die Bürstenwalze zu nennen. Wollte bei der Teppich sicherstellen das die Borsten lang genug sind.
Als Antwort kommt, das Teil gibt es nicht Einzeln ( obwohl entnehmbar) ich muß die komplette Einheit bestellen. Das bei dem Preis. Kann Tineco nicht mehr empfehlen.
