Orders can be delivered to shipping addresses in Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Hungary, Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal, Finland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Slovenia.

2. how will my order be shipped? how much does it cost?

All orders are shipped via DPD or DHL Standard Shipping. Free shipping applies to all orders in Germany starting from 9.99 Euro. Currently, the following countries are also exempt from shipping costs: Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Finland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Slovenia.
*Due to international logistics reasons, deliveries to other countries and regions not listed are temporarily unavailable.

3. how long does delivery take?

In most cases, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on the address.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with a DHL or DPD tracking link.

4. the 2-year warranty?

• Applies to purchases from authorized TINECO retailers. Subject to the requirements described in this instruction manual, the following conditions and exclusions apply.
• Refurbished products are covered by a one-year limited Tineco manufacturer's warranty.

5. how do i return an item to the seller?

To initiate a return for an item purchased from a seller, go to "My Orders" and select "Return Item." Follow the instructions and ensure you provide the seller with all necessary information. You will be notified via email once the seller responds.
If your request is approved, you will receive an email from our customer service with the return address and return instructions.
Shipping and handling fees for returning unwanted, damaged, defective, or "not as described" items to a local return address are to be borne by the seller. If no local return address can be provided, the seller may provide a prepaid return label or refund the shipping costs via the original payment method used.
To ensure the safe return of goods, pack your items carefully and choose a trackable shipping method where the recipient must confirm receipt of the goods with a signature.
